These days everyone’s looking to get in shape, and with summer upon us, what better time? You want to look good in your bikini or your trunks down the beach, and what better way to get moving and get fit than with me.
My timetable shows all of the fitness classes available from Pilates, to ChiBall, and others that are guaranteed to have you feeling ready to flaunt it!
My Pilates classes are for anyone, whether you are a beginner or a pro, anyone is welcome! The stretches and movements taught in this class are a great way to tone your arms, legs, and tummy. Not only that, but it helps to alleviate long term pain that may have hindered you from exercise before.

To give a brief run down, ChiBall is a rejuvenation activity for the body and mind which contains a mix of the following: Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais, Relaxation, and Meditation. It’s based on Chinese medicine principles and is reviewed to be very inspirational and very effective in toning your mind so that you can tone your body.
If you’re more into feeling like you’ve had a big workout and sweating the calories away, maybe Dance Fitness is for you. In this class, hosted by Stuart Freel, you will be taken through 6000-9000 dance steps combining Latin, Disco, Cha Cha, Strut, Jive and more in the ultimate bum-busting workout, guaranteed to leave you feeling beach ready! The class runs for 55 minutes and is a great way to lose weight and tone up, ready for the hot weather or the holiday of your dreams.
While you’re sunning it up, it’s important to stay hydrated, so always bring a drink to all classes. It’s also important to stretch before exercise so as not to injure yourself.
My classes are perfect for helping your body and your mind prepare for the summer, and with the kids off school soon, you will be running around more than ever! Your rowdy teenagers will be impressed when you can keep up on the jungle gym and play beach volleyball whilst barely breaking a sweat! It also helps for in the evening when you go out for that fancy meal and you want to look the part. You’ll definitely be turning heads in that dress, showing off your summer bod.
