Trigger Point Pilates™ is a programme created by Lydia Campbell.
It is a class that releases you like no other workout!
Pilate’s exercises combined with self Myofascia release, undoing muscular restrictions and tension and helping to alleviate chronic pain and restructure the body.
The method uses one’s own body weight, movement, the breath and equipment to create the soft tissue release.
