Dance Fitness is a unique FUN class created by dancer Stuart Freel and is perfect for all ages and fitness levels. It’s a mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy.

Shimmy it and shake it with this fun dance based fitness class bringing together a blend of Latin, Disco, Cha Cha, Strut, Jive and much more! All partner free!

Stu will be mixing some of the ballroom dance routines into his Dance Fitness classes!
How Many Steps In A Dance Fitness Class?
Stuart will take you through approximately 6000-9000 steps in a 55 minute class!!!
Leaving you feeling HOT HOT HOT and with a beaming smile on your face !!!!

Helen Pybus is one of the most proactive ladies in the fitness industry in the Uk, she motivates others to learn and experience new ways to get fit through her infectious bubbly humorous nature when teaching. She is a long standing presenter and has recently joined the FitCamps presenting team gaining great feed back at the Annual FitCamps Instructor convention , She always keeps up to date with the fitness trends yet chooses to train and promote in solid sound concepts .
